Return Policy:
We do not do cash back refunds on single orders. HOWEVER, we will exchange a wristband within 5 days of you receiving your order for any other wristband we have in stock. Just simply contact us, send the wristband back, and we will send another one out to you.
On bulk orders there are no cash back refunds or exchanges because you will know exactly how your design will look before you recieve it. We will do our absolute best to meet your deadline, but there are NO GUARANTEES.
