Putting the Sweat GUTR on is a breeze. First, you need to choose from the small, medium or large elastic sizing band that comes with the product. Once you choose a desired size and secure it, simply slide the headband on so that the front lip is facing up and centered across your forehead. If you are wearing the GUTR Headband with a cycling helmet be sure to put it on first before the helmet.
